Seed Out pays your fee directly to the university — not in cash. Students may apply for multiple scholarships by submitting an updated positive result from their previous scholarship period.

How to apply for scholarship

Complete all steps on the Seed Out student portal. Make sure your university can receive bank transfers before you apply.

    Confirm eligibility

    Graduation student at a government university with a pass in your previous class or course.

    Your university account must accept bank transfers. Cash-only accounts are not eligible.

    Submit application

    Fill in the online form and upload your transcript, admission details, and required documents.

    Fee paid to university

    Once approved and funded, Seed Out deposits your scholarship fee directly into the university account.

Applying for another scholarship?

Students can apply for multiple scholarships across semesters or terms. For each new application, you must upload an updated positive result showing you passed your previous class or course while on the last Seed Out scholarship.

How your scholarship is paid

Seed Out never gives cash to students. Every approved scholarship is transferred straight to your university, so fees are paid with full accountability.

Important: no cash payments

Seed Out does not hand cash to students. After your application is approved and funded, we deposit your fee directly into your university's bank account. Your university's bank must have bank transfer facility — accounts that only accept cash deposits cannot be used for this program.

    Donors fund your scholarship case through the Seed Out crowdfunding platform.

  • Seed Out approves

    Your application is reviewed, scored, and approved by our committee.

  • Fee sent to university

    Scholarship amount (up to PKR 120,000) is transferred directly to your university bank account.

  • No cash to student

    Students do not receive cash. Funds go only to the university for your official fee payment.

University bank requirements

  • University must have a bank account that accepts bank transfers
  • Cash-only deposit accounts are not eligible
  • Account details must be provided correctly during application
  • Fee is deposited by Seed Out after approval — not paid to you personally
