Khalid Mehmood 's story

It is almost impossible to imagine the life of fellow humans facing a scarcity of resources lives. Mr Khalid is a 54 years old man who has been in the garments business for the past 20 years, through which he was able to provide for his family. He and his wife, who is 58 years old and is still working as a tailor, have unanimously been earning to provide a better living for their only son who turns out to be a special child. These persistent trials indicate how difficult life they have spent and now they are even more worried about their son upon reaching old age themselves. Mr Khalid hence intends to save and create something better out of this whole situation and he plans on expanding his business. The rising expenses and inflation no longer allow them to survive with the prevailing sources of income. With a little help from their community, this family may be able to build a better and brighter future for themselves and maybe treat their son to complete recovery. The Prophet of Islam (PBUH), said: “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Al-Tirmidhi).
