Niaz Ahmed is a very poor person. He owns a donkey cart for transportation purposes and earns a very meager income. He takes care of his wife, old father and two babies. From his income, Niaz has to manage the medical expenses of his father. All he earns is Rs. 15,000 and has to take care of 4 dependents.
