Francis Gill and his family are very deserving. He raised his two sons by working as a driver for two years. His wife is a housemaid and supported her husband in earning an income. Francis' elder son, who is 22 years of age, is handicapped and is unable to work. Unfortunately, Francis lost his job due to the lockdown which has made life extremely difficult for the family. However, even before losing his job, Francis had a very low salary of Rs. 18,000 from which it was very difficult to manage his family's needs. He does not even have a home of his own. To bring life back to normal, Francis wants to start a part-time business of undergarments. His wife will quit working at homes and support her husband in his business by selling undergarments to ladies in the neighborhood and in the marketplace. Seed Out is confident of Francis' abilities and want to wholeheartedly support him in his new journey.
