Shehzad Hassan has 7 children; 4 sons and 3 daughters. All of his children are very young. His eldest is in the 7th grade whereas his youngest daughter is only 2 years old. Shehzad lives in a joint family with his parents and brothers. They are a 13 member household. Shehzad's livelihood is his grocery store which he has been running for the last 15 years along with his father and brother. The grocery store is the only source of hope for all these 13 members of the family. Unfortunately, Shehzad has low stock in his shop and thus his income is limited.
