Saima Sabir, a 33-year-old woman is a true example of a brave mother who is willing to sacrifice herself for the sake of her 5 children. Married at a tender age, the story of Saima is heart-breaking as she faced multiple problems after marriage. She started working few years after her marriage when her husband left his job. Her husband, Sabir, became a drug addict and did not take up any responsibility of their kids. Realizing her responsibilities, Saima, started her own adda work and handicrafts business. Slowly establishing her work, she knew she had to manage the household on her own since Sabir was not willing to work. Sadly, Saima's business does not generate enought to fulfill her household expenses and send all of her children to school. After a few years, Saima got a treatment for Sabir which helped him recover. However, her problems continue to increase as her children are growing old. Saima has requested a micro-loan of $245 through Seed Out's crowd funding platform. She plans to expand her adda work and handicrafts business by purchasing more fabric, accessories and hiring labor so she can reach a greater number of customers and increase her income. This will improve her household conditions and her children will get better education and livelihood.
