Rubina Parvez, a 47-year-old mother of 5 belongs to a semi-urban area in Bahawalnagar where the living conditions are extremely poor. Rubina is a selfless mother who has dedicated herself to her family by making their needs a priority. Along with managing the household chores, Rubina runs a small business at home of women's stitched clothes by earning a small amount in order to support the household expenses. Unfortunately, Rubina's husband, Pervez, recently got retired as a police officer due to an unexpected bone disease which affects his hip bone. He had to retire from his service but luckily he gets his pension each month. Moreover, two of his elder sons contribute to the household income by doing different jobs. Due to the lack of money, Pervez is not getting the required medical treatment for his disease and Rubina's family is extremely worried for Parvez. Rubina reached to Seed Out to escape her problems. She has requested a micro-loan of $210 to expand her business in order to earn extra income. She will buy greater stock of unstitched fabric, buttons and threads and stitch clothes to sell to her customers in the neighboring areas. The improved income will allow medical treatment and surgery for her husband and improve their financial situation.
