General store Expression

Jamila Alzbith need a loan of $175 A contribution of $175 can help Jamila Elizebeth to buy more products for his general store.

"Those who spend their wealth in Allah's way by night and by day, secretly and publicly — they will have their reward with their Lord." — Quran 2:274
Two million Christians live below the poverty line in Pakistan; clustered in slums on the outskirts of cities. Needless to say, they often go without access to proper sanitation or waste disposal, adequate food supply, and quality healthcare and education facilities. Consequently, access to professional opportunities is fairly limited. Jamila Elizebeth, lives in an appalling condition, as she attempts to make a living out of a small shop, attached to her house made of unbaked clay bricks and thatched roof. Together, she and her husband, who works at a service station, make twelve thousand a month; of which medical expenses for their youngest child takes the major chunk, who has undergone around ten surgeries, and is still in need of medical care; leaving almost no room to afford consistent food or education for other children. She requires an amount of $175 to expand her store, to be allocated from the Seed Out charity fund which is specifically reserved for the minorities, to stock her store with more products, which is likely to double the income generated from her store. Also, she will later be provided with training that would allow her to put this, and other resources to the most efficient usage.  Jamila Elizebeth, and others like her, struggle to improve their lives and look towards Seed Out to back their dreams. However, the impact of this grant is not limited to only improving Jamila Elizebeth’s financial conditions and consequently her access to better education and hygiene; but to extend beyond the parameters of her house. It looks towards increasing the variety of goods available to the disadvantaged people of her community, and sets a model of economic and social growth for those abandoned by the law and society
