Razia Sultana is a determined woman who strongly believes in working hard to change one's destiny. She gained education till her matriculation and started working after she got married. She has 2 children ages 9 and 7 and both go to school. Other than looking after her children, she also takes care of her old father in law, while side by side working to earn an income. Razia worked for 7 years as a social worker at an NGO and another 7 years as a health assistant. These jobs required continuous traveling within the city. Now that Razia is 43 years of age, she finds it difficult to work 6 days in a row and for long hours. However, this hasn't stopped her from striving to utilize her skills and earn for herself and her children. Razia has taken a 4-month beautician training course from GHAR PAR and now needs to buy the beauty toolkit which costs $175. Only then will she be able to start her business.
