Muhammad Faryad saw extreme poverty as a child, and so did his wife. Both of them cannot read or write, but are doing their best to educate their 4 children; 3 daughters and a son. Faryad sends his two daughters to a private school and both of them are in nursery. His son is only 2 years old while the youngest daughter is a baby of 7 months. Faryad does not want his children to be facing the same challenges that he did because of his poverty and illiteracy. Faryad has been running a tyre shop for the last 27 years and this is his only source of livelihood. He earlier got a loan from Seed Out to expand his business and saw positive results post-expansion as his income increased. Encouraged by the improvement in his business and household, Faryad has again requested Seed Out for a loan of $525 from which he plans to buy an automatic puncher machine.
