Umer Farooq always wanted to bring about a positive impact in his neighborhood. This was his passion, and after he graduated, he knew that he wanted to start a school. This would be his contribution to society as well as his livelihood. It was 20 years ago when he laid the foundation of his school in his personal property. It is being run on a very small scale with just 3 staff members, one of whom is his daughter, Alishba, who teaches at the school against a small salary. Umer's elder son works in a medical company whereas the younger one is still studying. Umer runs his school with the utmost dedication. Unfortunately, the school is extremely short of resources. Students do not have desks. Umer needs a loan of $280 to get essential furniture. The only way he can get it is through Seed Out.
