Since bakery items are perishable, its is very important to ensure its frehness and quality. It has been more than 10 years since he is involved in this business but not with much progress. He had three sons and three daughter and an aging mother to look after. Two of his elder sons are getting barber training as he could not take them to school reason being his poor financial situation at that time. His other children go to school and at this poit it has become critical that he find a viable source of income so that he continues to support them. One way that he ha figured out is to increase the scope of his swork by delivery more bakery items to more retailer and bakeries to add to his income.
