Poverty is a state of scarcity, the lack of the things by which people have difficulties in providing for their basic needs. Waqas Ali is one of those, he has limited resources to support his family. He works as a painter on daily wages, he has also worked as an automobile mechanic for the past 9 years. He wishes to start his own business of automobiles workshop because he has good experience in this field. He is 25 years old and belongs to Bahawalnagar. Waqas has to contribute in fulfilling the responsibility of his family, as he has aged parents, four sisters, and two brothers at home. It is exhausting for him to manage economic stress and has appealed an interest-free loan from Seed Out.
