Button and Lace Shop

Ghulam Mustafa need a loan of $210 A loan of $210 helps to expand a button and lace shop.

"Those who spend their wealth in Allah's way by night and by day, secretly and publicly — they will have their reward with their Lord." — Quran 2:274
Ghulam Mustafa, a 37-year-old man has dedicated his life to provide the best for his family. Living in poverty causes multiple problems in Ghulam's life. Ghulam, being a hard worker all his life, was never able to earn a reasonable amount of income which could improve his financial situation. Previously he was selling Mehndi and bangles which did not generate enough income to fulfil his family's needs. He now runs a lace shop which lacks inventory therefore, it becomes difficult to manage the household expenses. Now that his only daughter is 10 years old, her school fees and other necessities have also increased with time. Secondly, as Ghulam's old parents cannot earn on their own, they live with him which eventually increases Ghulam's responsibilities to take care of their medical needs, clothes and other expenses. Ghulam and his brother share a small house and both the families have their own portions. Although, the house is small but its condition has deteriorated with time. The hygiene conditions are also poor at Ghulam's house. Ghulam reached Seed Out to improve his financial condition along with a desire to earn a sustainable income. Ghulam has requested a loan of $210 from Seed Out. This loan will help Ghulam to increase the inventory of buttons, laces and threads at his lace shop. This will increase the variety at his shop leading to improved income for Ghulam. Lastly, the increased income will improve the financial condition at Ghulam's house and he can save up for his daughter's education.

It helps a person to improve a household's financial condition.
