Imran Latif Butt lives with his family in Lahore. He is married with two children both of whom are school going. Though he belongs to a family where his brothers are financial self sufficient, he never gets any support from them nor does he ask for help. A dignified man, he drives a rented rickshaw. He drives from 8 in the morning till 10 at night, no break unless he was unwell. He earned each month is spent paying for the expenditures. Like many of his colleagues, Imran cannot afford to buy his own auto-rickshaw outright. Nor can he afford the down payment necessary to secure a bank loan. Instead, he pays a monthly fee to rent an auto-rickshaw.
