Ashiq Ali's story

Ashiq Ali is a 36 year old man living in Faisalabad with his family. He is a very hardworking man and has a good reputation in his neighbourhood. He has a loving family who stay together and support each other. Ashiq was unable to get a proper education when he was little so he is making sure that all his children go to school and get a good education. He has two sons and two daughters who go to local schools. His wife also supports him. Currently Ashiq is working as a labourer. This is back breaking work and the money that he is getting is also very less. It is getting very difficult for him to support his family under these conditions. Ashiq used to drive an auto rickshaw in the past and due to some personal family issues he had to sell his rickshaw. Now he wants to become a rickshaw driver again. However, he does not have enough savings to do that. He does not want to get the rickshaw on rent because that would be a huge financial burden.
