Ghulam Mustafa belongs to a belongs to a poor family. He has to support his family constituting his wife, and three children. He lives in the suburbs of Lahore on sharing with another family. He finds himself just paying rents and other expenses. He depends solely on a rickshaw which is rented from a friend as well. With so many financial obligations at his end, his income falls short. One way to reduce the costs is to buy his own rickshaw to get rid of paying rentals every day. But his income would never allow him to have this luxury of having his own rickshaw. Seedout as part of its manifesto of economic development of people has come forward to extend support to Ghulam Mustafa through a loan to help him buy an autorickshaw.  He plans to pay the loan installments timely with the profits he will generate with his newly purchased rickshaw.
