54 – years old Balqees Akhtar is the resident of small town of Bahawalnagar. She is a widow and mother of a son named Sabar. Her son is a taxi driver and possesses a family including his wife and two children. By driving taxi, Sabar hardly could make a minimal amount which always remained insufficient. Witnessing the plight and the hardships of the son, 54 – years old, widowed mother decided to help her son. For 5 years Balqees was running a clothing business on informal bases but now she has decided to upscale her business by investing into it.
