Maida Tabassum is a young entrepreneur from Gujranwala. She is only 23 and and lives with her parents and only brother in the slums. Maida had to quit studies when her parents could no longer afford he educational expenses. But eager to make her economically independent, they enrolled her for a beautician course at the local training centre. After completing her course, she set up a small beauty parlor at her home. That was the beginning of her life as a beautician. Since then she is the sole earner in the family and out of much difficulties carries the household activities.  Maida's parents and nbrother truly appreciate the sacrifices she has made for the family and confess her diligence and prudence. For them, her efforts are just a legacy that carries the family name.
