Naseem Bibi is a 43 years old dynamic woman. She teaches several girls the art of stitching in her hometown Bahawalnagar. She wishes to buy more sewing machines and start a training center at home, for now, she has only one machine to train the girls. She is a widow and has to manage all expenses herself. Naseem is competent in stitching because she has 16 years of experience in it, and has the potential to flourish that business.
