Poverty is a negative circumstance in which people are unable to fulfill their basic needs. Razia Bibi belongs to a poverty-stricken family in Bahawalnagar. She had a rental grocery store business, which the landlord took over. She started a clothing business after that, with her limited means to finance. Her clothing stock is finished and requires adding more seasonal stock for the sake of earning. Her husband’s income is barely enough to manage all outlays. She is a 43 years old tough woman and has three children (two sons and a daughter). Razia is a credible ex-borrower of Seed Out and has requested again for an interest-free loan.
