Muhammad Mazhar Ali  is the resident of Bahawalnagar. He is a 33 – years old, married man. Mazhar is the sole bread earner  of 7 family members, including 4 of his children, his parents and his wife. One of his child is already school going, whereas the other 3 are in the ages that soon they are to be admitted as well.   He is running a grocery store for 7 years in his locality. That store has helped Mazhar until now. But he clearly knows that the survival with the same income would become tougher in the upcoming days.
