Waseem Akram runs a small grocery store in Bahawalnagar. From his income, he takes care of his old parents, sister and brother. Earlier, Waseem used to do computer repairing work, and whatever he saved. he used it to start the store. He had high hopes it would bring some progress in his life and indeed, opening the store made his conditions slightly better.
