44-year-old Ishrat is a pillar of support for her family. It is her strength and perseverance which have allowed the family to overcome the challenges and even maintain the lifestyle that they have now. Ishrat has 4 children. Her husband has health problems due to which he can do very limited work. Ishrat's brother lives with her and he is mentally challenged. All her life, Ishrat has not only single-handedly taken care of her own children, but has also taken care of her brother's special needs alongside running a business! She is one of the most inspirational women that we have come across, and it is women like her that we eagerly want to support. 

Ishrat stitches clothes for a living and also does retail business of laces and buttons. Unfortunately, she does not have enough variety and thus often loses customers. She needs to stock up her collection with beautiful and trendy laces and buttons, for which he needs a loan of $180 from Seed Out. This will definitely increase her income and enable her to keep paying the fee for her children's education.
