Muhammad Ashraf is a 49-year-old man from Bahawalnagar who has been running a grocery store in his neighborhood for 3 years. He has ample experience which has made him quite seasoned in the business. He lives in a small house with his wife and 4 children. His two sons are working as laborers to contribute to the household income. 

As Ashraf's current earning is not enough to cater to the needs of the family, he wants to expand his grocery store to improve his living conditions. He is facing an acute financial crisis as his store is low on stock, and customers have started to ignore his store because they feel they cannot find at his store what they are looking for.
