Fatima Saleem is a widow. She lives in a rented house along with her son and daughter. Her son works in a factory but it is extremely difficult for the family to survive on his income alone and they are faced with many hardships. Many years have passed since the family has been in an utter financial crisis. Although 53 years old, Fatima believes that it is never too late to try to improve one's life. With this belief, she wants to try and open a garment business in order to finally escape from a life of poverty. Fatima has approached Seed Out for a loan of $252 for the business. From her earning, she hopes to save and arrange for her daughter's marriage and later be financially independent in her old age.
